Most issues on SNAP can be solved with a few quick checks. If you encounter a problem, try the steps below before reaching out for support.

Swap reverts

  • Increase your slippage tolerance slightly.

  • Reduce the trade size or split it into smaller orders.

Allowance errors

  • Approve a higher token allowance for the asset and retry the transaction.

Out-of-range position

  • Reposition your liquidity band into the active trading range.

  • Or, deposit into a managed vault for automatic rebalancing.

RPC or network issues

  • Switch to another TAC RPC endpoint.

  • Reconnect your wallet.

  • Wait if the network is experiencing temporary instability.

Missing claims

  • Rewards only become available after epoch close.

  • Refresh the page and retry.

  • Switch RPC if rewards still don’t appear.
