FAQs

This section answers the most common questions about using SNAP. For more detailed help, check the Troubleshooting guide or contact support through official channels.

Do I need to manage ranges manually?

No. You can use managed vaults that rebalance automatically. If you want more control, you can manage ranges yourself.

How often should I vote?

Votes run on a weekly cycle. Casting your vote each epoch ensures your rewards are aligned with your preferences.

Why did my swap fail?

Usually because of tight slippage settings, low allowance, or high price impact. Try increasing slippage, approving a higher allowance, or splitting your order.

What are the main risks?

All DeFi carries risk. Common risks include smart contract bugs, market volatility, liquidity moving out of pools, or your liquidity position going out of range. Only commit funds you can afford to lose.

Can projects attract votes?

Yes. Projects can add incentives (bribes) to gauges, encouraging veSNAP holders to vote for their pools.

What happens if I don’t vote one week?

You won’t earn voting-related rewards for that epoch, but your veSNAP remains locked and can be used in future votes.

Can I exit a managed vault at any time?

Yes, you can withdraw whenever you like, subject to normal transaction fees.
